Measure pH of micro bio samples

A micro pH electrode has been developed which can measure samples as
small as 5 microliters which is less than 1/10 the volume of a single
drop of liquid. It can also measure small biological and chemical
specimens down to less than 0.5 mm in length. Surface measurements on
biological and chemical samples can also be made.

The electrode fits directly into 96 well plates, microcentrifuge tubes,
serum cups, capillary tubes, and NMR tubes.

The probe can be used with any standard pH meter.

For further information press reply and ask for details.

Questions and Answers

What is Herbal V?

Herbal V is a proprietary blend that was specifically
developed as a safe alternative for men who prefer
an all-natural approach to address impotence and boost
sexual performance. This amazing formula first became
popular with Hollywood insiders and the wealthy elite.
They were maximizing their sex lives, long before it
was available to the general public.

How does Herbal V work?

Developed by a team whose goal was to create the perfect
all-natural aphrodisiac. Herbal V is the result of that
remarkable effort. The Herbal V formula contains a precise
blend of cutting edge pro-sexual nutrients from around
the world that provide nutritional support, making it
possible for a man to have a pleasurable sexual experience.

What can Herbal V do for me?

Herbal V helps support male sexual function and
pleasure in a safe and natural manner. Simply put,
it can make your sex life incredible.

Is Herbal V Safe?

One of the great things about Herbal V is that it is
not a drug. It is an incredible herbal dietary supplement
that provides nutritional support for male sexual function
and pleasure. One of the most comforting features of
Herbal V is that you never have to worry about safety.

Herbal V: Safe - Natural - Exciting

Many have speculated that because Herbal V is so
popular with men, it must contain prescription drugs
or chemical components. Herbal V does not contain any
elements or traces of any prescription drug. Herbal V
is made using the world's most technologically advanced
state-of-the-art cold processing equipment to ensure
maximum purity. Herbal V has been independently analyzed
by the nation's premier testing facility to ensure purity,
quality and to end the rumors that, because it is so
popular, it must somehow be chemical. It is not.
Herbal V is natural - just as it says on the label.
Herbal V is simply fantastic!

Herbal V: Ingredients

Yohimbe, saw palmetto, avena sativa, androstenedione,
guarana, taurine, siberian ginseng, tribulus terrestris.
Tribulus Terrestis is certified to enhanced testosterone
levels by increasing Luteinzing hormone (LH) levels.
Androstenedione which is a precursor to testosterone
unlocks bound testosterone and makes it biologically
active again quickly. This means a dramatic surge in
desire. Avena Sativa Stimulates the neurotransmitter
pleasure centers to maximum capacity. This greatly
intensifies pleasure.

Just listen to what Herbal V has done for the sex lives
of people like you!

“On a scale of 1 to 10, it's a 15. Electrifying. It's like
a wonder pill!”
— Justin Q B., New Haven, Texas

“I haven't had sexual relations in 11 years. Then with
Herbal V it was... wow! It works again!”
— Sid R., Lakeland, Florida

“I had sex four times in one night. It made me feel
like a 19-year-old again.”
— Chip S, Beech Mountain, North Carolina

“Herbal V has turned my husband into a Sexual Superman!
I like the fact that it's all natural and has no
side effects. It's bringing back the good old days.”
— Jennifer B, Beverly Hills, California

The above testimonials are from product literature,
and we have not independently verified them.
However, the following testimonial is from a "senior"
gentleman who has purchased his second bottle of
Herbal V. When we heard his words with our own ears,

Ultraspecific technologies

Relevant applications include the detection, quantification and localization of
genes and proteins; pathogens; environmental, and a variety of other targets.
Ultrasensitive, ultraspecific, and ultra high throughput detection have all
seen advances in recent years. New technologies, and improvements in existing
instrumentation push the envelope of detection limits. New probes and labels,
homogeneous assay designs, and direct detection of compounds or specific
binding events are having an impact on applied and basic research, diagnostics,
drug discovery and development, and screening for contaminants and pathogens in
the field. Real-time or reduced time results can payoff in faster time for
clinical trials or by avoiding unnecessary therapy. Miniaturization, including
microarrays and protein chips, promise a major impact. But cost-effectiveness,
reproducibility, robustness, ease of use and technologies and instrumentation
already familiar to existing staff also factor in analyzing tradeoffs.

Please submit proposals (or suggestions for speakers) by e-mail or fax to:
Mary Chitty, Conference Director e-mail: mchitty@healthtech.com

A micro pO2 electrode has been developed which can measure samples
as small as 10 microliters which is less than 1/5 the volume of a single
drop
of liquid. It can also measure small biological and chemical specimens
down
to less than 2 mm in length.

The electrode fits directly into 96 well plates, microcentrifuge tubes,
serum cups,
capillary tubes, and NMR tubes.

Biological specimens which can be measured include various animal and
plant
tissues.

The probe has a 1 mm tip and 2 mm body and can be used with any standard

pH meter, strip chart recorder, or PC.

For further information on this revolutionary O2 probe click reply
and ask for details.

I discovered the following website

http://www.geocities.com/scibooks/

that provides weekly lists of
the top-selling science books on the Internet.
I used it as a way to buy a Christman gift for a friend
who is interested in astronomy, and I thought that
the site might be useful to readers of this newsgroup.

At the foundation of electrostatics the theorem of Earnshaw (so I think it
is spelt) states something very important about clusters of electric charges
being ruthlessly attracted by one of the electrodes.
This is equivalent to saying that field divergence is null, that the
potential function obeys Laplace's equation, etc. I should like to know more
about this gentleman (date and place of birth, etc.). Can anyone supply this
information*

We <observers> (of physics) are the cause of what we see in the world,
dimensioned in <quantities> and <qualities>.

In <quantities> because the numbers of our count are depending on our
personal unit of measurement, used by our mind.
In <qualities> because mind confers <qualities> to the <quantities>, through
conceptions.

We have, in this situation, to look for understanding the unitary
modulation existing in the nature... and we discover that it is the idea of
volume, consisting in 3 cartesian components, which become 4 when Einstein
adds the fourth, of times.

The studies of New Italic School discover that our intelligence has an
entire cycle for the <space-time conception>, founded on 2 "times" (1 in a
direction and 1 in the inverse one, on the same line), and on 2 "spaces" at
the third power.
In this way 2+2^3=10 is all the time +all the spatial volume existing in
those 2 times, an entire cycle of reference, about <space-time> entire
conceptual quality-quantity.

In this situation the decimal mathematics (that corrently we use) becomes
important , having the same
cycle 10 of the space-time. Consequently all the algorithmi of the
mathematics are perceived as Physical Constants.

To read www.new-is.com. (the web site which explains duìiffusely these
matters) is an important matter.
Please, mathematicians, physicists, experts in our brain functioning, in
geometry, in intelligence and information technology... please, read it !
This is an interdisciplinary matter and your competence is needed to really
help Physics!

Thank you !

Attention. To read www.new-is.com. is an important matter.
Please, mathematicians, physicists, <<experts in our brain functioning>>, in
geometry, in <<intelligence>> and information technology... please, read it
!
This is an interdisciplinary matter and your competence is needed to really
help Physics!

This web site proposes A.I.S. (Absolute I.S.), which is a New-I.S. that is
based on absolute values and not on imprecise "weights and measurements".
A.I.S. is the absolute ideal perfect reference system that is used by our
human intelligence (as each intelligence, also the artificial one); if we
choose the same system A.I.S. (instead of I.S.) to measure the nature,
everything will result ideally as we conceive, we'll receive immense
prizes>.

Any lacunas and approximations (in the constant physical quantities and in
everything) will be eliminated, Physics will be unified and a perfect
numerical dimensional examination will be possible... It'll be enough the
adoption of A.I.S.: absolute correction of I.S..

Possible? It is possible ! It is easy to be done !
When we have (lined up) N modular units, if we measure it in “A” or “B” or
“C” different units, we have certainly different numbers. Among they all,
the only convenient unit is the “m” unit that counts N through the same
number N… and not another one !
Therefore IF WE DESIRE TO BE HELPED DIRECTLY BY NUMBERS we have to adopt
that only “m unit” not exchanging the number (in way to receive direct
information from the <dimensional> numbers, because in this situation they
count <unitary dimensions>).

IMPORTANT. Put attention to this count, which counts the unitary atomic
masses of light, free to move, referred to the general space reference
chosen by Physics, when I.S. was adopted…, that is referred to 1 m^3):

Å10^10 = 1m. It is the length of 10^10 lined up cubes, one near the other.
So they are also Å^3 10^10 = 1m.
Å^3 10^-3 = 1 a.m.u. (atomic mass unit, volume meaning “weight”).
Å10^10 * Å^3 10^-3 = Å^6 10^7 is the entire free movement of 1 a.m.u. in 1 m
(unit reference of lenght). It is 1 a.m.u. of everything (also mass of
“light”).
Referring to 1 m^3, the freedom of 1 atomic mass of light in each (of its 3
components) is 1*10^7=100,000,000, and in all 3 components the freedom is
3*100,000,000 = 300,000,000.
In this EXACT situation (if we desire a number helping our interpretative
jobs) we must number 300,000,000 spaces (advanced by unit masses of light)
through the number 300,000,000, and not the 299.792,458 that result using
the “m unit” today used. Using the “today m” everything have IMPRECISE
values, and rations between imprecise values are numbers having unlimited
decimal values (It is the case of all physical constants).

It is convenient matter to adopt a “new m” exactly dimensioned, in way to
not exchange the number 300,000,000.
Wen we’ll do in this convenient way, the same number will reveal how many
“cubes” there are lined up, how many unit dimensions, and the PHYSICS is
finally UNIFIED.
It is so, because the E/m ratio (recognized equal to c^2 by Einstein) takes
the ABSOLUTE ratio 9/1, as the 9 free unitary movements of 1 dm^3 of water
(1 kg, unitary ABSOLUTE weight-mass reference) in its entire space-reference
(10 dm equal to 1m). The entire (unit) freedom is: 10dm –1dm=9dm of
energetic movement (Einstein’s “E”). The entire (unit) occupation of the
unitary mass, in line, is 1dm (Einstein’s “m”). The unitary ratio E/m MUST
BE 9dm/1dm=9/1 “pure number”… if we respect the definitions of the I.S.
reference absolute system regarding the spatial shape (1 dm^3 of water,
present in 1 m).

In any representation of E/m ratio, if we do not put it as 9/1, we
contradict the I.S. spatial shape definitive postulates.
In any representation ! Also in the case in which we recur to speed vector
of light. Because the light is the absolute actor of the translation of 1
cube into another one more advanced through time.

THIS IS RIGHT: to extrapolate m by c, in way to not exchange the number
300,000,000 of the unit atomic masses of light.
THIS IS WRONG: to extrapolate c by an “m unit” which is calculated through
“weights and measurements” (always approximated entities). This is the
<imperative way> enacted today… but IT IS WRONG: because in this way the “c
number” takes into all the inaccuracy of “m, a measured unit”.
WE HAVE TO INVERT THE DIRECTION of our proceeding, finally going from the
GENERAL 9/1 towards the PARTICULAR “m unit” that <salvages> the number 9

Finally the PHYSICS UNIFICATION !
Physics must be unified... we can do it.
Why to do not?

Thank you !
Romano AMODEO

I'm sure... If my competitors get a hold of this letter,
I might as well move out of the country!

Let me explain.

I'm in the business of setting people up to do
business on the Internet. As you probably know, there's only
a few things that you actually need to accomplish this....

1. Something to sell
2. A working website
3. Traffic to the website
4. A way for people to pay you over the net.

Here's my point. While my competitors are charging anywhere from $695
to a few thousand to get people set up to do business on the net,
my company does it all for -- a one time -- complete price of $195!

Maybe that's the reason we currently have over 180,000 clients
using our services. (We list a large number of them on our website).

The $195 includes everything... Your own Domain (website), Free
website hosting unlimited email accounts, autoresponders, shopping
cart system, online credit card acceptace (processing) system,
Internet merchant account, Free software that creates your website,
Free instructions on getting traffic to your website, and many other
Free tools to neumerous to list in a short email message.

Anyway, If you've been thinking about selling online, but
thought it was too expensive or complicated or too confusing,
you've been paying to much attention to my competitors.

If you're interested and want to find out more, It's very simple to do.
Simply call my office -- toll free -- 888-269-7960 and I'll
be glad to explain everything to you in detail. Just be aware,
that I might be on the phone helping someone else out.
So kindly leave a message and I'll get right back to you.

If you're not interested, just delete this message.
You'll never hear from me again. I guarantee it!

Greetings.

I've developed a computer program for simulation of spore dispersal in a
crop: SPORESIM. It is written in Visual Fortran. SPORESIM is a second
generation tool for quantifying spore dispersal in and above a crop after
Legg & Powell (1976). A comprehensive validation study has been performed
and will be published soon. Input is spore release of the source, wind speed
at reference height above the crop, and some parameters of the crop (e.g.
LAI). Output is spore concentration with height, spore escape.

And I have available PC-STACKS, this is software developed by KEMA, Arnhem,
NL. PC-STACKS calculated dispersal of very small particles using the
Gaussian Plume Model. It is made for quantifying dispersal of air
pollutants, and commonly used in air quality studies. I am used to applying
it for simulation of dispersal of bioaerosols. A publication about this
issue is in progress.

This software may have some great implications for plant pathology and
aerobiology.

Please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely yours, Meindert

A postdoctoral position is available to study the structures and dynamics of
the enzymes in the shikimate and folate biosynthetic pathways. Since the
shikimate and folate biosynthetic pathways are unique to microbial and plant
worlds, the two pathways are ideal targets for development of antimicrobial
agents and herbicides. The long-term goals of the projects are to elucidate
the structure-function relationships of these proteins that account for
their catalytic mechanisms and to design specific inhibitors that may become
new antimicrobial agents. A variety of techniques is employed in these
projects, including recombinant DNA, biochemical, and biophysical methods.
The main structural technique is multidimensional NMR spectroscopy. These
projects are of great biomedical significance, especially in light of
rapidly increasing antibiotic resistance in recent years that has rendered
the current antibiotics ineffective for treating many microbial infections
and caused a worldwide health care crisis.

Our laboratory is well equipped for protein NMR spectroscopy.
Instrumentation includes three computer workstations (one from SGI and two
from Sun) and 500 MHz and 600 MHz Varian NMR spectrometers. The 600 MHz
Varian Inova NMR spectrometer is equipped with four rf channels and tri-axis
pulsed field gradients and is dedicated to biomolecular NMR studies. Funds
have been approved for acquiring a 900 MHz state-of-the-art NMR
spectrometer.

The initial appointment for the position will be two years and is renewable
upon mutual agreement. The applicants should have experience with
multidimensional NMR spectroscopy. If interested, please send a CV along
with telephone numbers and email addresses of three references to the
address below. Email responses are encouraged.
