The program DynaFit, free for academic researchers,
has been recently updated to version 3.24.  This
version features more comprehensive output from
simultaneous analysis of multiple data sets (in
the "local analysis" mode).

The program is most useful in the analysis of complex
reaction mechanism, for which traditional (algebraic)
kinetic equations cannot be derived.

Dear All,

  After aminoethylation of polyacrylamide(bio-gel p100), 
I wash 1g this amine-containing matrix with water and then with 0.1M 
sodium phosphate, 0.15M NaCl, pH 7.0 (coupling buffer). Drain to a 
moist cake.And then add 100ml 12.5% glutaraldehyde (w/v) in coupling
buffer to the gel. Again add 0.6 gm sodium cyanoborohydride (toxic; 
use a fume hood) or 0.5g sodium borohydride to the gel and mix for 
at least 4hr. But when I add glutaraldehyde to gel(matrix),the gel'colour 
change from white to yellow immediately,and become more and more deeper, 
become brownish black at the end of reaction.

Is it normal?

Pardon the size of the crosspost, but we might have an interesting debate
here.

We in the various atheist newsgroups have had a particularly insane
individual who has invented his own pseudo science, called John P.
Boatwright.  Barely a day goes by without this raving fool giving us his
version of his own particular interpretations of various sciences and how
they all prove the accuracy of the book of Genesis in the Old Testament.  It
is hard to explain to those of you in the science newsgroups which I have
invited into this particular thread the extent of this mans insanity.  He
has several websites....the URL's of most I don't have....I have added one
at the bottom of the page....perhaps some of the other atheists can provide
some others.....all more deranged than the next....such as the one about the
faces of God and Jesus in nebulae.  He bombards groups with his rot,  lies,
butts into threads that have nothing to do with his rot, and laughs and
gloats over the deaths and injury of old ladies and children....he claimed
the deaths of all the people in the Indian earthquake last year were caused
by the Dali Lama visiting the region. And he always ends discussions with
childish taunts of "ha ha" or "face...I'm right..your wrong....ha ha".
However despite how insane he is...he has people who actually follow and
believe him.....he claims that your various sciences are on his side.  Now I
am not talking about your personal beliefs here.....I am talking about a
creationist twisting things out of shape and expecting no serious challenge
to his own "facts" as he sees them.  This is not about proving or disproving
the existence of God....this is about the twisted pseudo science of one John
Boatwright.  So if you would like to take some time to obliterate the
ravings of someone making a fool of science, then join in ...I'm sure you
will be entertained at the very least.

To wet your appetite I give you a small example of some of John Boatwrights

  There is absolutely NOTHING you can do about this "Cape Fear"
type of Robert DeNiro religious fanatic... and the fault is
purely your own..... not only your own... but also LARGLY the

Dehydrogenase in a 70% v/v Methanol/Water (CD3OD/D2O) solvent
for the range of 80-310 Kelvin.

It's all right to base your mathematics on relativity, but keep in mind that
relativity has been proven flawed in some respects. I recommend you visit

go revise your theory.

Once you have a firm grasp of unified quantum mechanics, you should visit

It's all right to base your mathematics on relativity, but keep in mind that
relativity has been proven flawed in some respects. I recommend you visit
http://www.grandunification.com/ and have a lovely chat with that guy. Then
go revise your theory.

Once you have a firm grasp of unified quantum mechanics, you should visit
http://www.trufax.org/takyon/welcome.html and purchase yourself a nice
unified field protection device. Without it, you can't possibly hope to

George,
    I had hoped this was a joke, but apparently it is not. So you are one of the
metaphysics nuts present in Physics. I have seen one (at the Society of Physics
and Chemistry Conference at Atlanta in 1990) present a thesis on how the
university of idaho, yoga, and examining your belly button gave the world
Glasnost, you know the cooling of the tensions between the US and USSR in the mid
eighties. He was completely destroyed by the question and answer session after the
lecture, his thesis, his calculations, his statistics, his controls, his failure
to account for hidden variables and other possible valid explanation, and even the
mans sanity was called in question.
    I read all three portions of your Bullshit, and I was convinced that it was a
joke on the creationist, but apparently you really think that it is scientific,
which makes you a moron and an idiot. How did you ever manage to get your degree
in the first place. One Psychology has nothing to do with physics, no mathematics,
no controls, just supposition about the inner mind based on outer mannerism.
Psychology does have limited success, but included in those successes are far more
numerous failures. Psychology has a long way to go before it can utilize
mathematics in its defense or it theories. Additionally, The english language is a
combination of numerous older languages, it additionally has no bases in
mathematics so applying a mathematical formula to english yield garbage nothing
more. And your wild assumption of god in the thesis is the just the old God of
order argument used by so many scientist who are Christian. But you ignore that
Quantum mechanics declares that the observer can not be removed from the
measurement, therefore the most logical source of that order is scientists own
preconceptions, and desires for order.
    George the fact that not a single professional journal would touch your
thesis, should have been a big flag to you, that it is subjective rationalization,
not an objective proof. I personally feel truly sorry for you, a scientist should
test his theories objectively and if they fail to match reality, rework the theory
until it is valid and does represent reality. You dummied up your data to support
your desired conclusion, and that is highly unethical and dishonest. I remember a
cartoon a scientist said " here are the facts, what conclusions can we draw from
them," beside them a creationist said, "here are the conclusions, what facts can
we draw from them." George science isn't suppressing the thesis, science is
laughing at your thesis.

You need to start listening more to your professional colleague instead of your
pastor.
