Dear Biophysical Society Members:

Biophysical Journal's Advanced Abstracts will be moving to its new site in
Bethesda, MD on July 1, 1996 to be managed by David Forrest, BJ's Managing
Editor. We have previously been making BJ abstracts accessible via both the WWW
and Gopher. The new plan is to provide only a WWW version of the online BJ
information at the Bethesda site. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PERTAINS ONLY TO THE BJ
INFORMATION. All other Gopher information maintained at the
Minnesota site will be continued (Employment Service, Meetings, etc).

If you presently use Gopher to access BJ abstracts, do not have access to Lynx
(text-only WWW browser), and would be inconvenienced by not having BJ's Advanced
Abstracts continued on Gopher, please contact Carol Gross at
cgross@biosci.cbs.umn.edu.

Thank you,

Carol Gross, Biophysical Society Internet Coordinator
Victor Bloomfield, Editor
