The child(6 years old) of my friend became an incurable disease.

Physician is scheduled to remove the lung on May 15, although the cause does
not understand.

Because there is not the time,although I should obtain an exact symptom from
the friend, I thought that I contribute here.

Below the symptom is shown.
*Slight fever continues from the end of March
*High fever (39$B!A(B40 degrees) continue from mid April
*Ball form shadows of both lungs gradually spread
*At present, both lungs the above shadow is overturning(It is not cancer.)

The physician can not stop the progress of the sickness, although they
administered the antibiotic.
Therefore, the physician and friend decided that removes the lung of the one
side.
Because they does not understand the cause,furthermore there is the
possibility that deteriorates.
Please teach, if there be the case that thinks of something.

Abstract
  Consumption of a range of dietary antioxidants may be beneficial in
  protecting low density lipoprotein (LDL) against oxidative
  modification, as studies have demonstrated that antioxidants other than
  vitamin E may also function against oxidation of LDL in
  vitro. In the present study, the effect of polyphenol antioxidants on the
  susceptibility of LDL to copper-mediated oxidation was
  investigated after feeding semi-purified diets to 3 groups of New Zealand
  white (NZW) rabbits. All diets comprised 40% energy as fat with 17% energy as
  oleic acid. Dietary fatty acid compositions were identical. Oils with
  different polyphenol contents were used to provide the dietary source of
  oleic acid-refined olive oil, extra virgin olive oil and Trisun high oleic
  sunflower seed oil. Polyphenolic compounds (hydroxytyrosol and p-tyrosol)
  could only be detected in the extra virgin olive oil. Vitamin E was equalised
  in all diets. LDL oxidizability in vitro
  was determined by continuously monitoring the copper-induced formation of
  conjugated dienes after 6 weeks of experimental diet feeding. The lag phase
  before demonstrable oxidation occurred was significantly increased in the
  high polyphenol, extra virgin olive oil group (P < 0.05) when compared with
  combined results from the low polyphenol group (refined olive oil and
  Trisun), even though the LDL vitamin E concentration in the
  high polyphenol group was significantly lower. The rate of conjugated diene
  formation was not influenced by the presence of dietary polyphenols. Results
  demonstrate that antioxidants, possibly phenolic compounds which are present
  only in extra virgin olive oil, may contribute to the endogenous antioxidant
  capacity of LDL, resulting in an increased resistance to
  oxidation as determined in vitro.

Abstract
  Triglyceride-rich lipoproteins that circulate postprandially are increasingly
  being recognized as potentially atherogenic. These particles also have been
  shown to cause endothelial dysfunction. We recently demonstrated that acute
  parenteral administration of folic acid restores endothelial function in vivo
  in patients with increased LDL cholesterol levels. In vitro data suggested
  that this effect could be mediated by a reduction of radical stress. In the
  present study, therefore, we evaluated the effect of an acute oral fat load
  on both endothelial function and oxygen radical production. Next, we studied
  whether 2 weeks of pretreatment with 10 mg folic acid PO could prevent these
  fat-induced changes. We conducted a prospective, randomized,
  placebo-controlled study to evaluate the effect of oral folic acid
  administration (10 mg/d for 2 weeks) on basal endothelial function as well as
  endothelial function on an acute fat load in 20 healthy volunteers 18 to 33
  years old. Endothelial function was assessed as flow-mediated dilatation
  (FMD). Endothelium-independent dilatation was measured after sublingual
  nitroglycerin spray. Oxygen radical stress was assessed by measurement of the
  urinary excretion of the stable radical-damage end product malondialdehyde.
  During administration of placebo, FMD decreased significantly after an acute
  oral fat load, with a median from 10.6% (8.3% to 12.2%) to 5.8% (3.0% to
  10.2%), P<0.05. During folic acid administration, FMD was unaffected by a fat
  load, with a median from 9.6% (7.1% to 12.8%) to 9.9% (7.5% to 14.1%), P=NS.
  The increase in malondialdehyde excretion in the urine after fat loading was
  also prevented during folic acid administration (absolute increase after an
  acute fat load during placebo, 0.11+/-0.1 micromol/L versus folic acid,
  0.02+/-0.1 micromol/L, P<0.05). The response to the endothelium-independent
  vasodilator nitroglycerin remained unaltered throughout the study.
  Pretreatment with oral folic acid prevents the lipid-induced decrease in FMD
  as well as the lipid-induced increase in urinary radical-damage end products.
  Because these observations were made in healthy volunteers with normal folate
  and homocysteine levels, it is suggested that a higher folate intake in the
  general population may have vasculoprotective effects.

A couple days ago, I was in the emergency room for fainting spells.
After a 20 something hour long visit, they finally were able to tell me
what was wrong.  I don't remember the exact name they gave my condition,
but if someone could tell me, I'd really appreciate it.

Basically what happened is this:  I passed out four times in the past
week.  My SO finally convinced me to go to the ER, and get checked out.

I went in, they did EKGs, an Echo Stress Test, and a tilt table test.
Prognosis:  They found out that my brain is sending the wrong signals to
my heart.  Whenever I am stressed, or if I exert my body to where my
heart rate speeds up, my blood pressure, instead of rising, drastically
decreases.  Which causes me to pass out.  They said it's due to a lot of
different things, most commonly however, being stress, hypoglycemia, and
lack of sleep.  I just don't remember what the name of this problem is,
and I am on meds, but I don't know how long they are going to continue
with me being on them.  I am taking Florinef and Potassium.  They are
like bandaids.  They numb me for so long, then the pain comes back full
force and then some.  To be blunt, it feels like I have a 1200# woman
sitting on my chest.  Doesn't seem to be that the meds are helping as
well as they should be, but maybe it's just because I haven't been
taking them but a couple days.

I am supposed to go back in 3 weeks for a follow-up tilt table test.  I
am scared.  One of the things they did was during the Echo Stress Test,
take an ultrasound of my heart.  Everything was perfectly normal.  I am
only 24 years old, and I don't want to die of heart disorders.  Heart
disease and heart attacks run in my family.  My grandfather died when I
was 17 of a heart attack.  When I told the doctor this, he just
reassured me that everything would be fine, just let him take care of
it.  Well, that's easier said than done.  One Cardiologist told me that
if I had waited much longer, I would be in serious danger.  

Will I be able to have kids in the future?  I have one now, she's almost
5 months old, but I had a rapid heart rate toward the end of my
pregnancy with her.  She went to term, a day overdue, actually, but I am
afraid that when my SO and I are able to have children, when we are
stable financially and finished with college, that we won't be able to.

If someone could please help me...I would really appreciate it.

called Vasor Depressor Syndrome, that's what's wrong with me.  If anyone
