My problem is that the gene encoding this protein is only in the region of 3-3.5kb, and is much too small to use FISH. Is it possible to use PRINS instead, or is it still too small. In which case, what techniques can I use to map it. C) In the body of your message put one or more of the following commands with an "end" command on the last line, e.g., subscribe methods unsubscribe methods end Do NOT put your e-mail address or other text on these lines. The server only allows you to cancel your subscription if the address on your mail header matches the address on our mailing list.
