I am just starting to monitor for West Nile Virus using PCR. I expect to be
getting a large number of negative samples. I am wondering if it is possible
to re-use a gel if all the samples run in it come up negative. What I was
thinking of doing would be to prepare 24 samples and run them three times in
the same gel.

Please send any replies directly to me because I have not yet signed up to
this group.

regards

Alan

Can anyone explain how mycoplasma contamination can affect protein
expression in Eukaryotic system??

Also, suggest me the best Eukaryotic system for recombinant protein
production in large scale.
thaks
padmaja
