I need your help from you or other people that you know.
We need to know the effects of the ingestion of acrylamide (20 ml. sol.) in
the body.
There is a 26 years old boy in intensive care, in his body has been found
acrylamide and methanol, that he didn't mentioned before, we want to know
if it is possible that the methanol is a metabolic product due to the
acrylamide.
Which reaction can have these substances in the body?
Pleaes answer soon is very important and send this message to other people
that you think can help.
Thank you very much

****************************************************************************

Effective Saturday, May 14 there will be changes to the GDB data files which
are searchable through WAIS, Gopher, WWW and Mailserv.

****************************************************************************
1. New data files

    - Two new data file types will be introduced: Cell Lines and Libraries.
(For WAIS users, gdb-cell-line.src and gdb-library.src can be
downloaded from the directory-of-servers at quake.think.com.)

2. New links in existing data files

    - Links to Cell Lines have been added to Contact, Citation and
      Locus files.

    - Links to Libraries have been added to Probe, Contact and Citation
      files.

3. Miscellaneous changes

    - Polymorphism files now contain a Probe GDB Id for each Probe/Enzyme
pair associated with an allele set.

    - Citation files no longer contain an Abstract field if no abstract
      exists.

If you have any questions, please contact help@gdb.org.
