Dear All,
I write to enquire about the availability of sequence information
for the hamster Ig variable regions. Specifically, I'm hoping to try a
M13 phage based display of recombinant antibodies from a Syrian
hamster cell line. I'm having difficulty finding sequence data and
wonder if any of you have any experience of hamster-phage recombinant
antibodies, particularly with regards to successful primers... Any
advice would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
