hi,
Can anyone aswer this question "How does RNA primer differ from a
typical RNA molecule copied from DNA?".

Thanks,

Hello,

We now have a construct with two lox P sites side by side (same
orientation). I'm wondering if anyone would know if a duplication or
multimerization of the lox P would modify its efficiency in a CRE
recombination system.

Cheers,

Eric Milot

 Dear researchers,

does anyone have any information regarding the potential (if any) of murine
C2C12 cells (myogenic cell line) or any other non-ES cell line
 for homologous recombination?

 I would appreciate any help!

 Best regards,
