Hi, everybody,
Now I want detect the mRNA expression of
osteocalcin in pig with in situ
hybridization, but I can not find the gene or mRNA
sequences in Genbank and of
course,do not have the probe of it.But I do not want
to clone this gene and
then use it as the probe. I may have to use the the
same gene of human as the
probe. Can anybody tell me if I can use it as probe?

Thanx
Wang Chaoyuan
