Subject: tRNA and psuedouridine

I'm looking for information on the modification of tRNAs. I under-
stand that the tyrtRNA has an intron necessary for modification to a psuedo-
uridine. I am paticularly interested in this. Any information will be
appreciated sources would be a plus.
