Dear colleagues,
I have tried yeast 2-hybrid experiment twice without any success. I have
checked for the bait, its expression and sequence and all of that seems to
be fine. The library I used was the phage form of CD4-30. Has anyone used
this library in the past and be willing to share tips with me? I would
appreciate that.
