   ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINES HAVE ALSO BEEN EXTENDED.
   For Consideration as an oral presentation in a Minisymposium, Abstract
   submission has been extended until MARCH 31
   Abstracts submitted until APRIL 30 will be included in the Conference
   Program book as long as the presenter has registered by this date.
