[Arabidopsis] Help needed on DB3.1

Dear all,

Anyone know if I could prepare DB3.1 competent cell by myself? Heat  
shock or electroporation transformation? Anyone have a protocol to  
transform with plasmid vector?
Are DB3.1 heat-shock competent?

How much plasmid vector and DB3.1 should i use?
