Dear friends,
I have had one of my antisense lines stored at 4C for quite some years and now I want germinate some. However, the seeds did not germinate at all. I have heard that gibberellin should help overcome poor germination. Have anybody tried this? How did you do? Concentration of and type of gibberellin?
