Has anyone used SigmaScan Pro (v5.0) for assessing tube formation
(i.e., angiogenesis) by HUVECs in Matrigel? I have been working on
this for a while but am unable to reliably deteremine tube length,
number, etc. Any help/thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks...
