Besides Transfac and the BioCyc Knowledge Library
that is a collection of
Pathway/Genome Databases for various
micro-organisms, is there some
work that has been done on gathering information
about recognition
sequences for transcription factors, proteins and
other interacting
entities? I mean, some sort of vocabulary of
recognition sequences for
interacting proteins, whatever their length?
