ADNT's PlainSoft XAS (http://www.adnt.fr/) is a 100% Java API designed to
automate processing between databases applications and graphical interfaces.
The company says that its library of Java classes "frees developers from any
SQL programming, regardless of the type of application or the size and
complexity of the database." XAS will work with Oracle, Sybase, Informix,
MS SQL server, MS Access, and other databases without any modification,
but requires the JDBC driver. It is available for a special price of $99
(without runtime loyalties).
