if the server is code 4_5
you need to configure prperly wspec/server.wrm
and to correctly choose

DATA_VERSION 0  // ZERO for continuous refresh mode

WRITE_ACCESS_DIRECTORY  /tmp

READ_ACCESS_DIRECTORY PUBLIC
