i do take back my earlier comments

please avoid setgid, use setuid
as described in richard's maill
the old problemn we had several years ago with setuid
are fixed because now the code switshec when needed betweein
user id and effective id, which in chinese means all works fine

those fixes where finalised by simon kelley i think, thank you simon
