Dear ACEDB users, I have been using DBWatcher to automate my BLAST searches at the NCBI (ACEDB->DBWatcher->MSPcrunch->ACEDB). However, since january, the NCBI server is unresponsive. What system do you use or recommand? Thank you for reading my message. Florent ---
