table maker - hidden columns

Thsi of course an ESSENTIAL feature of table maker
we sue it all the time

please srk fix that !
and at the same time the possibility to switch not just
rotate columns if that is not yet fixed in 4.8c

both functions where destroyed for no good reason by fred
at some point.

please janet, revert to previous version 4.7m
in the mean time
