As far as our work at the GSC on human is concerned, it's a "yes", but
that's all I can speak to. Local modifications we've had to make to Ace
for generating GenBank submissions already impose a significant barrier
to upgrading. So if/when we have the need to upgrade to the latest
version of ACe, adapting to the loss of MatchTables can probably be
addressed then, too.
