acedb-4.9i grep command

Hello,
	Using the saceclient from the command line I've gotten the following
output
using the "grep" command:

acedb at nightshade> grep Session
// Response: 99 bytes.
// I search for texts or object names matching *Session*
// Found 15 objects
// 7 Active Objects

and of course, the "list" command will show those 7 Active objects..

What are the 15 objects found ? 
What is the distinction between them and the 7 Active Objects ?
