Problem with duplication in FuseBats

Hi, there:

When I try to delete some objects (e.g. email addresses) from ACEDB it 
crashes. The message I get is:-

"FATAL ERROR - reported by program xace (ACEDB 4_9a), in the file 
disknew.c at the line 684:
Duplication in fuseBats."

I tried to have a look the file  disknew.c, but cannot find it.

Can you please help me with this problem?
