loading data containing an http link

I'd like to load data containing a link to an acedb and have the link
active when displayed by acebrowser.  

Problem is how to deal with internal quotes 
	\" ?


Locus : "KLP1"
Comment  "http:\/\/www.biology.duke.edu\/chlamy_genome\/maps\/map2.html"

	-> not active

Locus : "KLP1"
Comment  "<a href = "http:\/\/www.biology.duke.edu\/chlamy_genome\/maps\/map2.html">blah</a>"

	-> internal quotes a problem.
