We develop under NT4 which doesn't show this behaviour, but I have now
seen it happen on a W2K box. So far I don't know why, but I think it's
to do with having recently upgraded to Cygwin 1.3.22-1.
For now, if you visit the DAILY page
www.acedb.org -> Downloads -> DAILY
You should see a (temporary) link towards the bottom of the page labelled
Windows 4_9q
If you download this, you should find it works OK on W2K. Hopefully
you'll not be too dependent on the changes we've made since then.
In the mean time, I'll get on trying to find the cause of the bug. And
thank you for drawing attention to the fact that we obviously need to
test on other flavours of Windows than NT!
