You will need to say what data you wish to access, there are many databases on
the web (e.g. wormbase, graingenes etc.) that you could access and you will
need to do a search on the web to find out what host/port they are on.Then you
should be able to connect to them. There is no one host/port to connect to and
the host/port will be different for each acedb database.
Sorry not to be of more help but without more information about what you want to
do its difficult to go further.
