INFORMATION ON MPINGO

Does anybody have any information or references on 
MPINGO, (Dalbergia Melanoxylon) the african blackwood particularly 
in Tanzania or Mozambique.  We are looking into the conservation status of 
the tree in Tanzania and Mozambique with a view to recommendations for 
future conservation projects.
