97544-9599.  For $3.00 U.S. they will send you an interesting catelogue
with most of the varieties you are interested in priced at different
stages of development.   You can also call them at 503-846-7269.  
       There are some other such establishments that you might find in the
magazine American Forester in the advertising pages that might be closer
