DNA extraction from coniferous seeds - ref./ help needed

I try to get information/referenses on isolating DNA from corniferouse seeds.
I am spesially interested in extracting DNA from Picea/Abies and Pinus 
Sylvestris. 

I hope someone can give me some information on this isue.
