Conifer seedlings and Napthelene Acetic Acid

I am transplanting conifer seedlings with controlled release fertilizer
with
minors and with humic acid. I also use a kelp extract.  I have been
advised
to use NAA in very small amounts ( a fraction of a percent as an
additive.)
This should act as a growth stimulant.  Does anyone have a comment on this
or
know where I could get the product in an easy to blend powder form? Thanks
