eucalypt seedlings

I am currently having an argurement with a friend over whether Ecalypt 
seedlings are likely to be harmed by phosphorous in excess of 1.5 %.  I wish 
to use aquasol containing 4% phosphorous on my E. amygdalina seedlings, and he 
reckons that this level of phosphorous may harm them.  If anyone is expert in 
this field would they please reply to this message - hopefully vindicating my 
stance!
