Wild Scouring Rush

Does anyone know of a source I could contact to obtain Scouring Rush seed or
possibly a growing or mature plant to transplant.  I'm trying to get this
wild plant to grow in my backyard which is floodplain and the perfect 
atmosphere for this plant to grow in.  I'vve asked my loccal metropark 
district for help, but they have not gotten back to me and it has been a few
weeks!
