Bamboo Specialist Wanted

A sustainable agriculture project in Haiti needs a specialist to 
advise on the treatment or processing of bamboo under developing country 
conditions (low investment, no electricity).  The person should be able 
to advise on all aspects of handling bamboo from harvest through import 
into the USA.  If anyone has expertise in this area or knows of someone
