hi i'm doing a dissertation on the uptake of heavy metals in short
rotation coppice willows and populus species grown for biofuel energy and
fertilised with sewage sludge. Concern is about heavy metals from the
sewage sludge being taken up into the plants and volatile gases polluting
the atmosphere. If anyone has any information on any aspect of short rotation
coppice, biofuels or heavy metal uptake in plants, i would be very interested
to hear from you.
