I interviewed with them for a position in GA last year.  In preparation for the interview I went to the 
reference library at the local university and told them I wanted 2-3 pages of information on the history 
and current status of the company.  They provided me with several business books that summaried this 
information on most large companies.  It included the information you are seeking.  I'd start with the 
library.
