Would anyone have any onformation pertaining to the identification of
fire-resistive vegetation. These are not plants that will regenerate
quickly post-fire, or have dormant seeds stimulated by the fire (often
termed fire-resistant) but those plants that will NOT burn (to a certain
extent). Charactersitics of fire-resistive vegtation may play a role in
management and the preventative measures to lower the chances of fire
destroying your property (or plantation). Therfore locating or collating
a list of plants that won't burn could be useful as an effective
preventative measure.
Some characteristics common to fire-resistive vegetation include high
mositure content, high salt content, high mineral ash content etc.
Anyone with information or (ideally) references would be grateful.

Cheers
