FYI:

Domtar Canada makes a 100% post-consumer multi-weight sheet.
It performs well, but is relatively expensive however.

Hammermill manufactures Unity DP which is 100% recycled and
50% post-consumer waste. It is used both in photocopying and
high-speed color offset printing. Its price is in line with 
conventional virgin products.

These products are much improved over the junk that was used 
just a few years ago.
