pistacchio (sp?) trees

The trees name is Pistacia Vera and they grow around the nothern
mediterenean coast in hot and rather dry climates (zones 9, 10). 
It can reach a maximum height of 6m if the conditions are ideal.
It has a short stalk and a very broad spreading crown. The wood is
gray. The plant is dioecious.
