reveg and remnant veg

I am about to commence and honours thesis on the impact of native 
remnant vegetation on farm revegetation projects.  As far as I know, 
this is a relatively undocumented topic.  However, I would like to hear 
from anyone with any input or experience as to success rates and 
effectiveness of reveg programs that are associated with remnant veg 
patches.
