And how many times have adjudications found subsidies? What is the logging 
productivity, sawmilling productivity of the AVERAGE outfit? And why can't US 
west coast producers ship product economically to the eastern seaboard (are US 
 bottoms really better?).
There are many factors involved, but Canadian subsidies aren't one of them.
