Having been chalanged by a young student in Wisconsin or one of the 
colder (thus slower) climes, the world forests amount to some 
6,460,360,000 acres of productive forest.  Or, for the large scale, 
15,357 thousand square miles, or roughly, thirty percent of the land 
surface.
