research in geographic range of Quercus lyrata & Picea mariana

I would like to know if you know the goegraphic range of the
aforementioned trees, common names southern red oak and black spruce.  I
need to know this to answer key questions in my research.  A mention of
where the information can be found published would be helpful, also.
