In vitro regeneration of maples????

Does anybody out there have any information on the in vitro regeneration
of maples?  I've been looking everywhere and I can't find any
information at all about the regeneration of maples on tissue culture. 
I will be doing some genetic transformation of maples and I need to find
an efficient regeneration system.  If you have any information which
could help me please let me know.
