With prices like that it's time to buy a mini mill.  You could sell camp
run for discount prices and make money hand over fist, or you could
plane and grade it.  Every mill owner in the world would love to have
timber costs that low.

Buy for 60, mill it, sell for 600.  Those are nice numbers.
