Cornus Nuttalli needs well drained roots. It's been a wet spring.
Summer watering will kill c. nuttalli. Things should dry out soon.
Don't let landscape watering hit the plant unless it starts to show
signs of drought stress.
Most deciduous trees in the PNW can benefit from dormant spraying.
