IBE'97: "Interpreting the Vision" will bring engineers,
scientists, students, and educators within the biological
engineering community together in a common forum to discuss
emerging issues in biological engineering theory and practice;
evaluate current trends in biological engineering curricula
development and delivery; and establish a framework for continued
collaboration.
THE PROGRAM will include keynote, invited and contributed
presentations and posters from industry, academia, and
government. A wide range of topics in education, research and
practice will be presented, in sessions focused on current
thinking in:
Biological Materials
design
non-invasive analysis
Biomedical Engineering
biocompatibility
biomechanics and imaging
drug formulation and delivery
Bioprocess Engineering
