Question about half-sib family analysis

I am planning to work on pecan root stock selection.
Even though seeds are coming from one tree, all of them
have different fater.
So, I need to do half-sib family analysis.
But, I don't know how to do that.
Please let me know how to analyze this or recommend some
books or papers.
