No I don't think any alt groups are monitored. Shouldn't be a problem. We've gotten a good range of ideas here and little spam- but traditional forestry doesn't belong in a group with the title of agroforestry. If you can't get it yet, keep badgering your ISP. They can add it in a second if they so choose.
